Virginia Keim, MD was born in Winesburg, Ohio. She received a Bachelor of Arts in chemistry and physics at Bluffton University, completed a year in healthcare administration with Mennonite Voluntary Service in Tucson, and received her medical degree from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. Outside of medicine she currently enjoys working on fixing up an old property.
Haley Rossiter, DO

Haley Rossiter, DO was born in Marietta, Ohio where she grew up in the country as a middle child with two brothers. As a first-generation college student, she completed her undergraduate degree at the College of Wooster where she received her BA in Chemistry. She continued her educational career at Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine - Athens Campus. Growing up in underserved rural Ohio left Haley with a passion to fill healthcare gaps in underserved areas. She is one of our first residents to enter our rural pathway in Jamestown, Ohio. She is passionate about OMT and broad-spectrum family medicine including prenatal care. She enjoys spending her free time with her boyfriend and dog at the local metro parks and playing board games with friends.

Mara Bryan, MD

Mara Bryan, MD was born in Albuquerque, NM. After traveling most of her childhood, her family settled down in Dover, Ohio. She received her B.S. in Biochemistry and Biology with emphasis in animal physiology and microbiology. She furthered her educational career receiving her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. Growing up with five siblings in numerous rural communities has given her a true passion for underserved and rural communities. She is also passionate about her faith and it's role in aiding people and the community to thrive. In her free time Mara enjoys hiking with her rescue pup and husband, singing, volunteering at church, swimming, board games and enjoying the simplicity of being with family and friends.
Stephen Grossi, MD

Stephen Grossi, MD was born in Waynesburg, Ohio to a family of 11 children. He received his BS in Physics at The Ohio State University. He joined The United States Navy where he taught at Naval Nuclear Power Training Command and served on the Submarine USS Dallas. He received his MD at Northeast Ohio Medical University, fulfilling his childhood dream of becoming a physician. Dr. Grossi is passionate about getting back to the rural area he is from while bringing high quality care to those who need it. His interests include Sports Medicine, Addiction Medicine, and other aspects of Mental Health.

Emily Artz Pearson, DO, MPH

Emily Artz Pearson, D.O., M.P.H, is from Tipp City, Ohio. She completed her B.S. in Psychology with a Behavioral Neuroscience concentration from Wright State University. Emily then obtained a dual D.O./M.P.H. degree from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine. Emily has a variety of interests in medicine, including osteopathy and mental health. Her hobbies change often, but she consistently likes to read, travel, spend time in nature, and do all kinds of arts and crafts. She currently lives with her husband, daughter, and two cats.
Spencer Warden, MD

Spencer Warden, MD, is a life-long Ohio native who grew up in Cambridge, went to undergraduate in Columbus, medical school in Cincinnati, and now residency in Dayton. He loves all aspects of Family Medicine but finds particular interest in substance use and behavioral health. He chose the rural pathway because of his small-town upbringing and desire to learn how to provide excellent care in other areas with similarly scarce resources. He's rotated with the Indian Health Service and hopes to continue to seek out similar opportunities to learn from different communities in the future. Outside of medicine you can find him with his fiancée (an M2 at Wright State as of 2023) hiking, rock-climbing, or playing pickup basketball. You may also find him proudly boasting about having seen and rated over 1000 movies on Letterboxd.
